Clinical Social Work - Therapist

Counseling Individuals, Couples, and Families Since 2001.

Making the decision to pursue therapy for personal issues can be difficult, but once you enter the process my goal is to help you experience relief. For the past 16 years, my primary focus has been working with adolescents and adults assisting them in understanding and managing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.  Areas of focus in relationships include, communication challenges, marital conflict, infidelity and codependency.  Also, an area of focus, is school related issues including school related stress, peer dynamics and school refusal behavior.  Also, late adolescence into emerging adulthood, as individuals begin their journey toward achieving independence, defining a personal sense of adult identity, and meeting the demands and challenges of adult roles and responsibilities.

Engaging in a personal therapeutic process can have lifelong benefits, including, effectively managing anxiety and depression, identifying, understanding, and processing personal struggles to make beneficial changes in your life, improving your ability to cope with life experiences, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
